The figure of the truffle hunter is valuable and requires years of experience, sacrifice and patience. One is not simply a dog handler: one becomes part of a real “pack”. Being a truffle hunter means acting with the precision of a surgeon, with full respect for the ecosystem that gives this extraordinary tuber its name.

My passion stems from curiosity and love of nature, together with a commitment to respect animals and the environment. Every truffle I collect is a treasure, the fruit of attention and care. This work is not just a profession, but a life choice that I share with my wife and three children.

My goal is to offer those who rely on me an authentic, quality product, harvested with the same respect and dedication with which I would bring it to my family's table.
