My passion for truffles started about 15 years ago, with the arrival of my first truffle puppy. A nature and animal lover since forever, I found in this experience the perfect way to combine my two great passions.
Over the years, I have travelled countless kilometres through forests and mountains, accumulating knowledge, experience and a deep respect for the environment. Today, I put this heritage at the disposal of those who wish to approach the world of truffles in an authentic and conscious way.
I am the Lazio regional president of the Italian Truffle Hunters' Association and I am committed every day to defending the rights of truffle hunters, protecting the natural heritage of our territory, and promoting the culture of the real truffle - the fresh one - harvested in accordance with tradition.
I have a clear mission in my project: to rediscover the taste of the real Ciociaro truffle, far from industrial sauces and artificial flavourings. At my place, you can enjoy high-quality fresh truffles, harvested with passion and served in accordance with the local culinary tradition.
