My name is Gianmarco, I am 34 years old, and for over 14 years I have dedicated myself to truffle hunting, together with my faithful dogs. Mine was born as a passion, which grew step by step among the forest paths, silent dawns and the unmistakable scent of the earth after the rain.
I live in Predappio, a small village in the heart of Romagna, nestled in the hills that each season can offer emotions and hidden treasures. Here, every corner tells a story, every wood has its secrets and every truffle is the fruit of patience, intuition and respect for the environment.
My love for dogs was born together with this passion: I have built a deep bond with them, based on mutual trust and cooperation. I train them personally, with dedication, constancy and attention, always trying to improve together. Each dog has its own character, its own qualities, and enhancing them is a challenge I face with enthusiasm. For me they are true companions in life, an integral part of what I do and who I am.
